Aromatherapy Massage (50 minutes)
 Aromatherapy massage helps increase circulation, carrying away metabolic wastes that collect in the body, so oxygen and nutrients can help improve circulation and speed recovery. The traditional massage is slow and rhythmic, using pressure points along the pathways of energy. We offer you a choice of massage oils from unique Indonesian floral blends :
Peppermint
This Aroma of peppermint essential oil is good for calming effect.
Ylang Ylang
The essential oil is made from Kenanga Flower extract which is excellent for reducing stress
Lemon grass
Used as stimulant after body massage, the smell of this assist for relieving joints.
Sandal Wood
This pleasant and sweet smell fragrant oil contains the extract of Sandalwood and usually used in religious ritual. The Smell of this essential oil is good for calming effect.

Body Scrub (90 minutes)
 Treat your body to a full body scrub. Damaged skin cell will be removed giving your skin a smoother, brighter and rejuvenated feeling. The actual body scrub lasts for 90 minutes. This is followed by an aromatherapy massage and body wash.
Body Mask (110 minutes)
Enjoy an aromatic body mask. Select the mask best suited for your needs. Rich in minerals, herbal and trace elements, the body mask will stimulate new skin growth and detoxify the body.
Full Body Care (120 minutes)
 This special treatment provides a complete package of traditional Indonesian beauty care for women. Especially designed for brides and women who want to experience a change in their daily routines. The treatment relaxes and heals the body. Immersion in a warm water herbal bath raises the body temperature. These treatments include aromatherapy massage, body scrub, body mask and herbal bath.

Lifespa Fitness traditional massages begin with an invigorating massage with
traditional spa products designed to relax the head, shoulder, back, hands
and feet. Increases blood flow to accelerate the body's healing process.
Head & Shoulder Massage (25 minutes)
A rebalancing back treatment, which includes an anti-stress neck, shoulder
and back massage. This massage is designed to ease away tension focusing
on the essential areas in the head, neck, shoulders and hands. To complete
your relaxation the scalp and face are also massaged.
Reflexology Massage (1 hour)
The pressure points in the feet are stimulated to increase the flow
of energy throughout the body. This improves the circulation and eliminates
toxins. Reflexology restores balance to the body, releasing stress and

Waxing (15 minutes - 1 hour)
With the use of Carlton professional products, our therapists will
skillfully remove unwanted hair without undue pain and discomfort. Treatment
choices include hair removal from the upper lip, bikini line, under
arms, eyebrows, half and full leg.
Specially formulated products are utilized to effectively and gently help puffy,
tired or sore eyes. Treatment includes cleansing and eye massage,
plus a special eye mask to improve tone and texture.
Manicure/Pedicure (1 hour 50 minutes)
 This is a natural nail treatment solution for both men and women, which includes nail builders and cuticle remover containing Aha. Additionally, you will receive a comforting massage of the hands and legs.

Daily Operation Hours
Spa treatments are available in most Lifespa Fitness centers in Jakarta
from 07:00am to 24:00pm, Sunday to Monday (on public holidays, opening
hours to be advised) Last booking for any spa treatment is one hour before
closing time.
Scheduling Appointments
Reservations are advised one-day in advance or at least several hours
before the desired appointment time. Please call in advance to cancel
or make needed time changes. We allow a “15 minute grace period”,
waiting a maximum of fifteen minutes before your appointment will be given
to another guest.
Selecting Treatments
Our spa therapists are very knowledgeable about Lifespa Fitness spa treatments
and services. They can guide you in creating a special day of spa services,
tailored to meet your needs and desires. A heat treatment is advised before
your massage. Treatments allow time to relax and drink ginger tea throughout
the spa treatment.
Spa courtesies
We suggest that you have a shower before starting your spa treatment
for your own comfort. Also, allow yourself time to cool down after using
the sauna, steam or whirlpool.
Massages vary in technique and pressure. Please let our staff help you
determine the pressure that is most suitable for you.
